Hi, I’m Lee Irwin. I coach women to look and feel 15 years younger so they live vibrant, courageous and inspired lives.

I BELIEVE  —  A woman’s life is too precious to waste by feeling ‘not good enough’ or ‘not pretty enough’*

WELCOME
I’m excited and honored that you’re here.  I want  you to discover the ease and joy of looking and feeling as fabulous as you truly are.  I truly hope you find something that helps you and brings a smile to your face!

Somewhere along the road to adult-land, I stopped feeling all that great about being me. I got off the scenic path and onto the psycho-path way too many times.  I knew that if I needed a GPS, a gremlin-swatter and the steady support of girlfriends on this trip, then other women probably did, too.

I’m well into my second decade as a successful professional coach and business owner. In my earlier life, I was an Occupational Therapist who worked with children with physical and mental challenges.

My family includes one awesome son, two amazing daughters, three above-average grandchildren, a spoiled cat and an awesome husband who encourages me to think bigger and play full-out.

I feel hopeful. I write, draw and dance to keep myself sane. I am also quite fond of social justice, warm feet, belly laughs, ginger gum, tree pose, Irish accents and sparkly earrings.

When I was younger, I pushed myself to do too much for too many. As perfectly as possible. Over the years, I’ve learned that being (yikes!) revealing and vulnerable opens the way for deep connection with myself  and with others. Now I enjoy being part of a group of imperfect, strong, messy, compassionate, stretch-marked, generous, grace-filled and joyful women.

I’d love for us to hang out together here. You’ll bring your dreams and goals, your brilliance, and a good sense of humor. I’ll bring practical tools, tons of coaching experience, and inspiration galore. I’m a playful, compassionate companion and I know these roads like the back of my hand. Let’s both bring chocolate.

Pursue the things you love doing and then do them so well that people can’t take their eyes off of you. ~Maya Angelou
